Terms & Refund Policy

Last updated November 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of deedigo.com and the reports you buy from Deedigo (“we,” “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

What you’re buying

A Deedigo report is a research summary of publicly available information about a property, compiled from county records and other public sources. It is delivered as a PDF by email, usually within one business day of your order.

What a report is not

A report is not a title search, title insurance, survey, home inspection, appraisal, environmental assessment, or legal, tax or financial advice. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Public records can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and contents are to be verified by you before you rely on them. Always confirm important facts with the county, a title company, an inspector or other qualified professionals.

Plans and credits

Cancelling Pro

You can cancel anytime through the “Manage my plan” link or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds

To ask for a refund, email us with your receipt and the property address.

Using your report

Your report is for your own use and for sharing with people involved in your purchase decision, such as your agent, lender or clients (Pro). Please don’t resell reports or republish them in bulk.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don’t see or store your full card number.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions made using a report.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the update date shown above.
